Part of the analysis you’ll perform is to discuss and acknowledge the pain your customers experience through ineffective financial decisions or ignoring their financial challenges through inaction.

Once your customers acknowledge the concerns and feel a desire the eliminate them, a formal fact finding process can occur to gather all the necessary financial information and documentation you’ll need to form your recommendations.
