HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT WITH MASSMUTUAL

You’ll help people prepare your clients for long-term financial freedom like funding college education, caring for aging parents, planning for retirement and more. More specifically, you will:

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with your clients, helping them protect what matters most.
• Help clients maintain their standard of living in the event of a disability, or after the loss of a loved one.
• Be part of making an impact with a community that shares your values.

• FutureSmart^SM: A nationwide initiative that offers critical financial education to middle and high schoolers across the United States.
• LifeBridge^SM: A program that helps fund a child’s education by issuing term life insurance policies to the children of eligible working parents.

OUR COMMITMENT TO SUSTAINABILITY

MassMutual’s sustainability strategy focuses on three key areas: conservation, efficiency and renewable energy.

• Conservation: We are constantly working to reduce the energy and natural resources it takes to run our business. Our corporate headquarters in Springfield Massachusetts is certified at the Silver level by the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for Existing Buildings (LEED-EB®) program of the U.S. Green Building Council.
• Efficiency: We’re committed to using the lowest amount of energy and natural resources possible. Our home office parking lot includes a rain harvesting system used to irrigate campus grounds, along with low-flow water fixtures and high-efficiency HVAC equipment. Our green commuter programs promote carpooling and vanpooling to all our campuses.
• Renewable Energy: We continue to expand our use of naturally occurring energy sources like solar. Today, we have 1,750 solar panels on the roof of our headquarters. Those panels produce 384,000 kilowatts of electricity every year and 50 percent of our hot water.
